Roy Sperling appointed as second Managing Director of bilacon as of October 1, 2025

bilacon GmbH is pleased to announce that Mr. Roy Sperling will join Mr. Frank Barsch in leading the company as Managing Director, effective October 1, 2025.

Roy Sperling has been closely connected with bilacon for many years. He first joined the company in 2010 as a working student in Berlin and has since taken on numerous positions of responsibility – including roles as scientist, department head, and laboratory manager. From 2018, he headed the instrumental analytics department in Berlin before successfully establishing and managing the new laboratory in Rotterdam in 2019. In June 2024, he was granted power of attorney and assumed responsibility for managing the Berlin and Rotterdam sites.

With his appointment as Managing Director, Roy Sperling continues his successful journey with bilacon. His goal is to further develop bilacon as a reliable, customer- and market-oriented service provider and to create innovative solutions for clients – even in areas where competitors cannot.
