If the cold chain is not maintained, this has a negative effect on the product quality, the safety of the products and thus the satisfaction of your customers. In particular, sensory defects in texture, odor and taste can occur due to a faulty cold chain. If the maximum temperatures are significantly exceeded, there is even a risk of microbial growth (e.g. mold), which can result in premature spoilage.

In accordance with DIN SPEC 91360, we offer you a transparent procedure for simulating and assessing your supply chain. We are also happy to support you in carrying out transit tests or make use of specified standard models in accordance with AFNOR NF S99-700

In order for you to find out from the consumer's point of view whether your ordering process works, if all products have been delivered and if they arrive undamaged, we support you in checking your deliveries. Together with you, we create an individual test plan and determine which parameters are particularly important for your products.

When it comes to the quality of the delivered products, we check if exactly the ordered items are delivered, if they are properly packed or if they show any damages such as pressure marks.
